SMS/text subscribers

To manage your SMS/text subscriptions to LiveChime users we provide the following commands:

  • SUBSCRIPTIONS: Shows you a list of your current SMS/text subscriptions for this number and provides you with a temporary link so you can unsubscribe from individual users.
  • STOP: Halts all messages from LiveChime.
  • START: Re-starts all LiveChime messages. All of your previous, active subscriptions will be restarted.
  • HELP: List the available commands.

When you send the SUBSCRIPTIONS command you will receive a SMS/text message with a list of your active subscriptions and a link. This link will direct you to a page that gives you temporary access to see a list of all your current SMS/text subscriptions and the option to unsubscribe from the individual users.

Telegram subscribers

We have programmed our Telegram bot with a number of commands to help manage your subscriptions entirely from the Telegram app.

To show the Telegram commands open the "LiveChimeBot" chat thread.

Telegram chat thread
Our LiveChimeBot Telegram chat thread.

Once the chat thread is open, tap the menu button. It is the "hamburger" button on the far left of your new message input area. (The color of the button will depend on the current theme you have applied in your Telegram app).

Telegram menu button

After you have tapped the menu button, a list of available commands will be displayed.

Telegram command options
List of commands in Telegram.

Once the commands are displayed you may tap the one you would like to use or type the command followed by the required value. For instance, to unfollow a user named "patrick" you would type the message "/unfollow patrick" into the new message area and send it to our Telegram bot.
